Delivery of loose pellets takes place by silo tank trucks.
Apart from the quality of the pellets an adapted logistics chain is crucial for good pellets in the bunker of the customer.

The Holzpellets pellets are sieved one more time before shipping, so that only dust free material is distributed.

Holzpellets They are delivered directly from the production site and/or from a large central camp, so that the way of the pellets remains comprehensible.

The silo trucks exclusively transport pellets and are particularly adapted to the requirements of the pellet distribution. The permanent staff has gained experience over the years and has collected a vast knowledge of the optimal filling of the different shelters.

The hose of the truck is up to 30 m long and fills the bunker easily and cleanly. The hoses are coated on the inside, so that the friction is minimized and so that little dust develops

With low pressure, adapted to the conditions of the bunker, the pellets are injected. The hoses have a diameter of 100 mm.

With solid shelters two connecting pieces (Storz A) are present, one connecting piece for injecting and one connecting piece for sucking off.

Parallel to injecting a strong exhaust fan is attached and sucks air from the bunker, so that a slight negative pressure prevails there. Thus the dust in the air flow is sucked off directly.

At the calibrated weighing equipment of the truck the quantity filled in can be read off directly and the weighing voucher be printed.

This high standard with the Holzpellets distribution of pellets is documented by the cerificate „ DIN pelletlogistics examined enterprise“.
