The sawdust resulting in the sawmill is dropped into an open bunker

and delivered into the volume dryer by means of a thrust plate.

On the vleece of the volume dryer the splinters are dried carefully from 50% watercontent to 8%.
The warmth is derived from the biomass power station (5 MW). There electricity is produced from wood; the waste heat is used for the splinter drying process.
For buffering production the dried splinters are stored temporarily.
In a hammer mill the sawdust is further-cut up.
In the ripe container the splinters receive a fine water film, thus the splinters become supply for the Pressing.
Vest rollers press the splinters from the inside through the rotary stencil.

The hot pellets are cut off outside the stencil with knifes, so that the pellets are not longer than 45 mm.
The open press.

From the high friction warmth results, which activates the natural adhesion mechanisms of the lignin contained in the wood. The lignin - visible as a shining surface - is the natural „adhesive “.
the closed 2.5 to/h press

In the radiator the warm pellets are cooled down and stored.

2 silos with 800 tons each are available at production.

Parallel to production an automatically alternating quality control takes place regarding the most important criterion, the abrasion. This equipment used into Germany for the first time in the pellet manufacturing proofs the outstanding quality that .
