The bag commodity is also suitable for start-up of central heating plants or as emergency reserve.
The great advantage of the power pellets bag commodity is that the sagging process is arranged directly behind actual pellet production without additional relocation or transport.
The pellets are carried directly onto the sagging line instead of going into the shipping silos.
After renewed sieving and dust extraction the pellets are filled into the bag welded from foil. The weight for each bag amounts to 15 kg. A shaking mechanism results in well filled bags, which are to be transported handily.
After deflating of the bag, 5 bags each are palletized. With 65 bags and the following stretching with a film a pallet is ready for dispatch. The weight for each euro pallet amounts to 975 kg. Temporary storage facilities directly with production provides delivery security.
